Copyright & DMCA Policy
Effective: February 15, 2026
Respect for Copyright
We take copyright seriously and expect our users to do the same. If someone's work shows up on epixtory without permission, we handle it through the DMCA process.
Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe content on epixtory infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed
- Identification of the infringing material on epixtory, with enough detail for us to locate it (URLs are best)
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
Where to Send Notices
Send DMCA notices to:
DMCA Agent
epixtory
Email: hello@epixtory.com
Subject line: "DMCA Takedown Notice"
Counter-Notifications
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its former location on the Platform
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we'll forward it to the original complainant. If they don't file a court action within 10 business days, we'll restore the content.
Repeat Infringers
We terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. Two valid takedown notices against the same account within a twelve-month period will result in account termination.
Good Faith
Filing a false DMCA takedown notice is perjury. Please make sure you actually own the rights before filing. If you're unsure, consult a lawyer.
